This class will focus on Green Energy sources- mainly solar and wind. Students will learn many basics of how power is generated and changed into useful forms. Experiments and challenges on how to harness and use the energy will require design and engineering (actual hands on building) "Power Projects" in the Tech Ed. area. Students will design and "make" a prototype part. Use of a 3-D printer is also part of the class. Evaluations will consist of research, papers, and projects.
